As a courtesy, you will receive an automated appointment reminder via text 72 hours prior to scheduled service so you can make any necessary changes to your plans if needed in a timely manner. Please do not reply.

By booking with us you are agreeing to the following:

Salon/Spa Services

We require a 48- hour cancellation and appointment change notice for all general salon and spa services to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. This fee offsets the unrecoverable time revenues lost associated with your appointment.

No Call, No Show and any appointment cancelled on the same day of scheduled time, will be charged the full amount of services booked.

Social media messaging are not used for scheduling or canceling and do not suffice as proper cancellation means. You must call, text or email us so we can properly assist you.

Credit card details are required and will be requested to secure all bookings. Cancellation fees will be charged via credit card on file provided by you when booking the appointment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice or outside of our 48 hours window, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they desire.

To ensure the proper amount of time allocated for appointments, we reserve the right to reschedule anyone who is running more than 15 minutes late. Full service charge will be applied.

Excessive schedule adjustments, cancellations and missed appointments will result in loss of pre-booking privileges.

Children

In order to provide the environment we desire to create for our clients, we do not service children under the age of 12 years. Unattended children and children not being serviced are not allowed at the salon/spa area at any time.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

At Casa PRANA we strive to provide you the highest level of guest satisfaction in all of our salon and spa services. If you are having challenges with the results, please let us know within 72 hours (3 days) of your visit and we'd be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Product Return & Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 (seven) of purchase. No returns please.
